It is hard to put titles on our members of the 3R Racing team. Everyone at 3R takes on multiple rolls and jobs and we continue to grow our expertise and skills with every project we work on. 3R Racing is a tight knit family and we draw from all our peoples skill’s and expertise to meet our customer’s goal’s. At 3R Racing our team continuously strives to exceed our customer’s expectation’s with every project we undertake.

Dax Raub – CEO
Training: I have been working for 3R Racing since 1990 alongside some versatile & very talented people. My training is 30+ years of real life experience working in every aspect of car builds.
Learning through success and failures in paint & body, restorations, complete car builds both street and race cars, engineering and creating parts, engine management, data acquisition, Racecar engineering, Race team manager and many more.
Passion: Problem solving, competitive racing of all kinds, & Family.
Specialty: Working with people to find the best solutions to achieve their goals and delivering the highest quality results.
Why do you like working at 3R Racing?: Working here has been my whole life. Every day brings something different to learn, solve and evolve. I like that we can deliver a high-quality product and enjoy seeing happy customers.

Sean Miltimore – Director of Operations – Paint & Body, Composite and Fabrication
Training/ Experience: 35 years in body, paint and fabrication. I am a third-generation craftsman.
Passion: To create something out of nothing. Transforming whatever material I’m working with into an amazing, one-of -a-kind product.
Specialty: Classic old school Restoration and Fabrication as well as the current day fabrication. I’m skilled to work with and in a wide variety of materials including composite material of all kinds, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, lead, iron, magnesium and brazing.
Why do you like working at 3R Racing?: Amazing people that I have spent the last fifteen years working with. The variety of projects that I can work with. A place that I can use my creative talents.

Aaron Povoledo – Motorsports Director
Aaron Povoledo’s career began with karting and quickly moved forward with great success in Formula cars both in England and Canada. After winner the World Scholarship from Jim Russell Racing UK, Povoledo was voted by Autosport magazine as one of the top five up-and-coming drivers in the U.K. and then went on to further open wheel success with the Player’s Forsythe program in North America.
A successful switch to sports car racing has seen Povoledo notch up many wins and pole positions in both IMSA and Pirelli World Challenge. Between these two series Aaron shared success with such notable teams as 3R K-PAX Racing, Compass 360, GSP Racing, Musante/Courtney Lamborghini, DXDT and Conquest Racing.
Povoledo’s career as a professional coach has paralleled his racing endeavors. While racing in the UK Povoledo was trained to be a driver coach by the prestigious Jim Russell School. Since then he has gone on to work for nearly every race, rally, exotic car, skid pad and diffusive driver training school in England, Canada and America. Coupled with his extensive studies into sports psychology Povoledo has become one of the most sought after private coaches in North America.
Recognized as an expert in motorsports and driver coaching Povoledo has written for, and been published by Grass Roots Motorsport Magazine, Performance Racing News, Road&Track and many others.

Phillip Weaver – Fabricator & Welder
Training/Experience: AS; Race systems Technology. 8+ years in Motorsports Fabrication, my focus is on exotic cars.
Passion: Building fast cars, coming up with creative solutions to any new challenges, the customers smile at the end of a finished project.
Specialty: Custom turbo applications, precision TIG Welding, roll bar and chassis fabrication.
